I'd suggest Westdrive Mazda to a friend because the staff are always very helpful, polite and friendly, I have already told my daughter to go there for her next car. I bought my previous Mazda from another dealer, it was the first Mazda I owned, I went to Westdrive to arrange the service for it and took out a service plan and have now taken out a service plan for this new Mazda. Very satisfied with everything, the staff, the car and just Westdrive itself.
Westdrive Mazda were great because Beth was a great salesperson and the car was exactly as described and what we wanted. Many thanks Westdrive.
I was happy with the service at Westdrive Mazda because i have found this dealership to be genuine, even so far as to reward loyalty, which they did, as i got my last Mazda from there and had it serviced there.
I found the sales team most helpful, that is Rob and Beth, who i dealt with when buying my previous car from there, and was happy to do so again.
Although not exactly local to me, Westdrive has proven to be the better Mazda dealership around.
I'd recommend Westdrive Mazda to anyone because Faultless customer care from Westdrive Mazda helped us buy a car from a dealership 206 miles from home! Tate established good vibes from the off, he produced a walk-around video of the car that was with my wife in no time. He followed that with prompt and helpful replies to all our subsequent emails.
Next day we met Rob, went on a test drive and the car was perfect and Rob took us through the purchase options. All very relaxed, personable and professional.
A week later we met Tate which was a delight. In the interim he had responded to more emails and phone calls, helped us completed finance documents and set-up complimentary driveaway insurance cover.
Rob and Tate made our experience of the Mazda Used Car Event of April 2025 really memorable and enjoyable. What a nice place to buy a car.
